dc.description.abstractThe era of globalization which is supported by innovation is also characterized by the rapid development of science and technology. Recognizing the increasingly tough competition, it would require a paradigm shift in the organization, from the original relies on the resource-based, to be knowledge-based. So for the problems face by any organizations, can be solved by the improvement of the knowledge of human resources in a sustainable manner in order to win the global competition. For that, we need a Knowledge Management System for the development of human resources, finally the knowledge of the employees can be found, stored, and distributed to every employee in the company.en_US
