Abstract

The development of computer technology has a positive impact on all life, especially in industry, education and government agencies. Where with the computer technology all the work done manually can already be done by the computer so that the work that used to take a long time and the process long enough can be done quickly and accurately. This app is designed using Microsoft Visual Basic. Net 2008 and SQL Server 2008, by inputting unit data, goods data and defect goods data resulting in unit reports, goods reports and reports of defective items to be reported to the management. Defective items or damaged goods can be categorized into 2 categories namely defective goods worth selling and defective items are not sold, all can be seen from the damage contained in the goods.
