Abstract: Hal inilah yang mendorong lahirnya konsep Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan Computer Based Information System (CBIS) yang interaktif, fleksibel, mudah disesuaikan (dapat beradaptasi) yang secara khusus dikembangkan untuk mendukung penyelesaian dari permasalahan yang tidak terstruktur untuk meningkatkan pembuatan keputusan Metode Profile Matching secara garis besar merupakan proses membandingkan antara kompetensi individu ke dalam standar kompetensi sistem sehingga dapat diketahui hasil perbandingan kompetensinya.
