KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PADA POSYANDU MAWAR II GIRSANG SIPANGAN BOLON

Abstract

Posyandu has an important role in improving the quality of maternal and child health through the health service process. Posyandu is required to provide quality services. Having cadres as implementers of Posyandu activities will be very influential if cadres have the knowledge, skills and experience for the continuity of the best services for mothers and children. Moreover, cadres often change or leave their roles in the Posyandu, so that their experience and knowledge are not channeled. Knowledge Management System is a system designed to create, store and disseminate knowledge in institutions so that knowledge can be used easily. So in this study a Knowledge Management System was built which uses the PHP web programming language and MySQL database so that it can be redeveloped according to the needs of Posyandu in in the future and it is hoped that it can add more detailed information so that users can get more accurate information related to public health services.
