SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMBERIAN KREDIT SEPEDA MOTOR PADA PT.ALFA SCORPII DENGAN METODE SMART (Simple Multi Atribute Rating Tehnique)

Abstract

Decision support system is a system based on the computer with the interface between the machine/computer and a user, Decision Support System intended to help decision makers in solving a problem in the various levels of management and not to change the position of man as decision-makers. The reason the writer selects PT Alpha Scorpii as a place of research because the author is interested in doing research to the process of the determination of the feasibility customers filing new credit motorcycles. Now there are problems at PT Alpha Scorpii is PT Alpha Scorpii does not have a special system to help the company in taking a decision in selecting customers who can receive credit motorcycles and often occurs data loss potential customers who can receive credit motorcycles on PT Alpha Scorpii due to data storage potential customers still use archiving. This application using the programming language Visual Basic 2010 and SQL Server. Now the benefits from the designed system is a decision support system in determining the selection of customers on PT Alpha Scorpii Medan for the better and provide easy access to the system.
