Abstract: Technological developments can be continued to develop towards the better. With the development of these technologies for all users even easier and faster to get the information needed, and in addition it also makes each performance for the user to be more efficient. This provides a positive impact on every circle, both workers and students. Similarly, developments were not only influential to the world of technology, various fields of science, too affected positively, in particular to the field of design using 3 dimensional animation. 3D animation is one thing that is in high demand by all people. Through 3D Animation to explain or describe a lot of things that are loaded properly. The phenomenon natural phenomenon that occurs in our lives ranging from small to the largest. One of these natural phenomena is a solar eclipse and a lunar eclipse. The eclipse is a natural phenomenon that is the largest and also the eclipse which occurs only once in a few decades of life. The process of the solar eclipse and a lunar eclipse is one amazing thing. Thus the authors are interested in and take a title “Perancangan Simulasi 3 Dimensi Proses Gerhana Matahari Dan Bulan Berbasis Multimedia.”
